Renata Silva
Physiotherapist focused on backs, hips and balance, for people at every age.

About Renata
Renata has practised physiotherapy for eight years, first in a hospital outpatient department and now at Riverstone. That background shapes how she works: she is used to people arriving worried, and the first job is to explain what is going on in plain language.
Much of her caseload is low back pain and sciatica. She starts with a movement assessment rather than a protocol, and her plans lean on a small number of exercises done well rather than a long sheet nobody keeps up with.
She also has a particular interest in older adults who want to stay active and steady on their feet. Balance is trainable, and she treats it the same way she treats strength: assessed, progressed, and checked.
