What We Offer in Burlington

Two kinds of care run out of the Harbourview Drive clinic: physiotherapy with Renata Silva, and chiropractic care with Dr. Elise Tremblay. Between them you can be assessed for a sore low back, a knee that gives out on stairs, a shoulder that won't reach overhead, or a hockey or running injury that hasn't settled. Renata may put together a mix of hands-on treatment and exercise you can carry on with at home. Dr. Tremblay works with the spine and joints, and the two of them compare notes when your care sits across both.

People book here from Aldershot, Tyandaga, Roseland and Brant Hills, and from Alton Village, Headon Forest and Millcroft on the north side of the city. Some drive in from Waterdown or west Oakville. Do I need a referral to book in Burlington?

No. You can book directly with Renata or Dr. Tremblay. Some extended health plans ask for a note from your family doctor before they'll reimburse you, so it's worth checking your coverage before your first visit.

What should I bring to a first appointment?

Your insurance details, a list of any medications you take, and any imaging or specialist reports that relate to the problem. Wear shorts or clothing you can move in, or bring a change. If your injury happened at work or in a car accident, tell us when you book so the paperwork side is sorted before you arrive.

Where is the clinic, and where do I park?

We're at 3050 Harbourview Drive in Burlington. Call (905) 555-0143 before your first visit and Heather will tell you where to leave the car and which entrance to use, so you're not circling the block.

Can you accommodate a walker, a wheelchair or someone coming with me?
