What a Visit Costs
Fees are the same at all 3 clinics and are listed in Canadian dollars.
Physiotherapy
An initial assessment is longer than a follow-up and includes your first treatment.

Chiropractic
An initial visit includes a full assessment before any treatment.

Massage therapy fees include HST. Physiotherapy and chiropractic fees are HST exempt. We direct bill most extended health plans where the plan allows it, and you pay the portion the plan does not cover at the end of your visit.
Common Questions About Fees and Billing
Do you direct bill?
Yes, to most major extended health insurers, where your plan allows the clinic to submit on your behalf. Bring your insurer name and policy and member numbers to your first visit and we will check.
Do I need a doctor's referral for my plan to pay?
Some plans ask for a referral before they reimburse physiotherapy or massage therapy. The clinic does not need one, but your insurer might, so it is worth a call to them before you book.
What if my plan only covers part of the fee?
You pay the remainder at the end of your visit, and you receive a receipt by email for any portion you claim yourself.
Can I pay without insurance?
Yes. The fees above are the full fees, and we take debit, credit and e-transfer.
