What We Help People with in Toronto
Assessment-led care for the aches, injuries, and pain patterns we see most.

What Brings People In
The conditions below are the ones we see most often, but the list is a starting point rather than a boundary. Plenty of what walks through the door does not have a tidy name, and it does not need one to be assessed.
What these have in common is that they are mechanical: something is being loaded in a way it is not currently prepared for, whether that arrived suddenly or built up over months. That is what an assessment is for, and it is why two people with the same diagnosis often need different plans.

Why We Assess Areas That Do Not Hurt
One of the more confusing parts of a first appointment is watching someone assess a region that feels completely fine. There is a reason for it.
The body distributes load. When one area stops contributing its share, through injury, stiffness or habit, the areas next to it take on more. The place that eventually complains is often the one absorbing the extra work, not the one that stopped doing its job.
A common version: a stiff upper back means the neck does more of the rotation you need to shoulder check. The neck is where you feel it. The upper back is where the change has to happen. Treating only the neck tends to buy a few good days and a returning problem.
