People often ask which of the three they should book. The honest answer is that there is overlap, and the more useful question is what you want to change.
When Physiotherapy Fits
Physiotherapy tends to suit a specific problem with a specific goal: an injury, a surgery you are recovering from, a movement that hurts. Much of the work happens between appointments, through exercise that gradually rebuilds capacity in the area.
When Massage Therapy Fits
Massage therapy tends to suit tissue that is responding to load: the shoulders after a heavy work week, the calves during a training block, the tension that returns every time a deadline does. It is hands-on throughout, and often pairs well with something addressing the cause.
When Chiropractic Fits
Chiropractic tends to suit joint and spinal mechanics, particularly where posture and daily habits keep bringing a problem back. Care usually combines adjustments with changes to what is loading the area the rest of the week.
Start With an Assessment
If none of that settles it, book an assessment with any of the three. A practitioner who thinks you would be better served by a colleague will tell you, and that redirection costs you one appointment rather than a wasted course of care. Nobody here has a reason to keep you in the wrong room.
