A Clinic Built Around Calm, Careful Care

We believe good care starts with listening. Here’s who you’ll meet.

Our story

A Clinic Built Around How People Actually Move

Riverstone started with a simple frustration: people were being handed a sheet of exercises and sent on their way without anyone watching how they moved.

We do it differently. Every plan here starts with an assessment, and every assessment starts with a conversation about what you are trying to get back to, whether that is a sport, a job, or picking up your kids without thinking about it.

Our physiotherapists, massage therapists, and chiropractor work in the same space and talk to each other, so your care is one plan rather than three separate opinions.

How we work

Assessment First, Then a Plan You Understand

We will not start treatment without knowing what we are treating. That means a proper assessment on your first visit, and an explanation you can follow.

  • Hands-on treatment matched to what the assessment found
  • Movement and strength work you can do at home
  • Progress checked at each visit, with the plan adjusted as you change

Our Team

The Team at Riverstone

Every practitioner here starts with an assessment and ends with a plan you can follow, whichever discipline they trained in. 6 of them work across the 3 clinics, and they refer to each other when a case belongs down the hall.
Registration and training

Who You Are Seeing

Every practitioner at Riverstone holds current registration with their Ontario regulatory college: the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, and the College of Chiropractors of Ontario. You can look up any of us on the public register. Between us we hold additional training in manual therapy, exercise rehabilitation and soft tissue technique, and we keep it current.

This is sample text showing how a patient review renders in this layout. On a live clinic site each quote would be a real review, used with written consent.

A third sample review. Some regulated professions do not permit testimonials at all, so this block is not available to every clinic.
